I wanted to shoot you all an email about an IMPORTANT DATE!! Please be prepared to attend. This will be our 2022 BV Uniform Fitting – we will do this on Saturday November 27th!! Please understand that this is a ONE time uniform fitting. ALL PLAYERS need to be at this uniform fitting to get this done. This email will give you some basic information about this day:
First the basics answers:
Who has to attend the uniform fitting? All BV players that are playing BV Baseball in the 2022 baseball season
When is the uniform fitting? Saturday November 27th
Where is this uniform fitting? The uniform fitting is at our Sportszone Academy Facility (used to be HHH) in New Castle – the address to this fitting is 3153 New Butler Road, New Castle, PA 16101
What time is the fitting? We will use a schedule like we had last year – this will give each age group a block of time to come in and get sized for their uniform.
BV 7s/8s: 9:00am – 10:30am (arrive anytime between 9:00am – 10:15am)
BV 9s: 10:30am – 12:00pm (arrive anytime between 10:30am – 11:45am)
BV 10s: 12:00pm – 1:30pm (arrive anytime between 12:00pm – 1:15pm)
BV 11s: 1:30pm – 2:50pm (arrive anytime between 1:30pm – 2:35pm)
BV 12s: 2:50pm – 4:10pm (arrive anytime between 2:50pm – 3:55pm)
BV 13s: 4:10pm – 5:30pm (arrive anytime between 4:10pm – 5:15pm)
BV 14s: Anytime between 10:30am – 2:00pm (arrive anytime between 10:30am – 1:45pm)
BV 15s and older: Anytime between 2:00pm – 5:30pm (arrive anytime between 2:00pm – 5:15pm)
**NOTE: I will send more specifics about the sizing as we get closer, but I wanted you to have this information now
