Hello,
I wanted to send you all an email with some important information and dates. Our BV off season is always busy with optional baseball programs and scheduling. We ask that you please stay on top things that we need turned in, and this email will help you stay organized as we move through our off season:
Wednesday October 21st: This is also the due date for returning BV Players (had to play BV Baseball in the summer of 2026) to turn in their report cards from last year. This is for these players to receive our BV Academic Award. These can be mailed to my house, texted to me, or emailed to me. All the guidelines and how to turn in report cards can be found in my email sent out on October 9th.
Sunday October 25th: This is the date that the online BV store is closing. It is currently open now. All BV families have to go on to this link and complete the things in the email that I sent out on October 9th.
Sunday November 1st: The day that I start to work on Summer Tournament schedules. This takes me a long time, but this is the date I start each year. I am currently accumulating all the options out there for our BV teams to consider to enhance our Summer Tournament Program!
Tuesday November 3rd: First day of our optional arm care program. This is Run by Coach Cutshall and several other BV coaches. I just posted this information this week, we have some spots left – let me know if you are interested – the information is in an email posted October 14th.

This is the Saturday after Thanksgiving. All BV players need to be at this event to be sized for their 2027 uniforms. Please put this on your calendar.
